Patient B., 11 years old. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spineю Complains of decreased visual acuity, strabismus, headaches, sciatica-type pain and rapid fatigability. Initial condition (left image) and 4 months after treatment (right image). Spinal deformity is corrected, posture is also correct, normal eye alignment. No complaints.

 

Patient S., 24 years old. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine of the 3rd degree. Complains of severe spinal pain and constant headaches, rapid fatigability. Signs of neuritis of the left trigeminal nerve. Furthermore, complaints of numbness of the hands and cardiac-like chest pain. Signs of bilateral plexitis and sciatica. Relative shortening of the left leg of 30 mm is present. The initial condition (left images). Hypotrophy of left gluteal region is present. Long-term results: the third image on the left - 1 year and 7 months after starting treatment. The spinal deformity is corrected. Posture is correct. No complaints. The fourth image on the left - after 2,5 years after starting the treatment. No complaints. The length of the legs is equal as well as the volume of the right and left gluteal regions.

Patient S., 15 years old. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine of 2-3-th degree. Complaints of headaches, emotional lability, signs of vegetative-vascular dystonia, pain in arms and legs. The relative shortening of the left leg of 37 mm is present. The initial condition (left image). Wasting of the muscles of the left gluteal region. Long-term results: 3 and 4 image (in the left) - after 1,5 years of treatment. No complaints, spinal axis is correct, the length of the legs is equal. The volume of the right and left gluteal regions is practically the same.

 

Patient M., 44 years old. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine of 2nd degree. Intermittent pain in all parts of the spine and legs after exercises. The relative shortening of the left leg of 18 mm is present. The initial condition (left image). Wasting of the left gluteal muscles is present. Long-term results: 3 and 4 image on the left - after 6 months of treatment. Spinal axis is corrected, the length of the legs is equal, no complaints. Asymmetry of the gluteal muscles is practically absent.

Patient S., 16 years old. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic spine of 2nd degree. Torticollis, impaired vision, ocular pain, pain in arms and legs, rapid fatigability, signs of vegetative-vascular dystonia. The relative shortening of the left leg of 10 mm is present. The initial condition (left image). Wasting of the muscles of left gluteal region. Long-term results: 3 and 4 image on the left - after 6 months of treatment. Correct spinal axis, left lower limb shortening is not present, there are no complaints. The volume of the gluteal muscles on the right and left virtually the same.

 

Patient G., 14 years old. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine of 3-4th degree. The relative shortening of the left leg of 40 mm is present. Complaints of constant headaches, impaired vision, pain in all parts of the spine, as well as the arms and legs. The initial condition is shown on the left image. Severe asymmetry of the gluteal regions and pelvis. Long-term results: 3 and 4 left image - after 1,5 years of treatment. Spinal deformity is corrected, overall condition have normalized, no complaints, no headaches. The asymmetry of the pelvis is slightly expressed.

Patient B., 12 years old. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine of 2-3th degree. Complaints of decreased visual acuity, convergent strabismus, signs of vascular dystonia, chronic headaches and leg pain in form of bilateral sciatica. 2 years he was admitted to the hospital because of cholecystitis, duodenal ulcer, pyelonephritis and cystitis. The relative shortening of the left leg of 15 mm was present. The initial condition (left image). Pelvic asymmetry with severe tilting to the left is evident. Long-term results: 3 and 4 inmages on the left - after 1,5 years of treatment. Spinal deformity is corrected, the posture is correct. Normal eye alignment. No complaints. A slight asymmetry of the gluteal muscles remains while the pelvis is in correct position.

Patient K., 12 years old. S- shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine. Decreased visual acuity, convergent strabismus, vascular dystonia and headaches. Initial condition (left image). After 2 months of treatment (right image). Results: spinal deformity is corrected. Posture is correct, normal eye alignment. No complaints.

Patient С, 6 years. Kyphoscoliotic deformation of 2-3-th degree. Amblyopia, astigmatism and signs of  vegetative-vascular dystonia, convergent strabismus, pain in the arms and legs. Initial condition (left image). 6 months after treatment (right image). Spinal deformity is corrected, normal eye alignment. No complaints.

Patient J., 14 years. S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine ща 2-3-th degree. Signs of vegetative-vascular dystonia (emotional lability), headaches, cardiac-type pain, shortness of breath. Initial condition (left image). After 1,5 years of treatment (right image). Spinal deformity is corrected, general improvement. No complaints.

 

Patient P., 8,5 years. Progressive S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine. Biliary dyskinesia, latent esotropia, signs of  vegetative-vascular dystonia. Pain in the arms and legs. Intermittent cardiac-type chest pain. Initial condition (left image). 8 months after treatment (right image). Spinal deformity is corrected. Normal eye alignment. No complaints.

 

Patient P., 6 years. Progressive S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine. Pain in the arms and legs. Rapid fatigability. Initial condition (left image).  1 year after treatment (right image). Spinal deformity is corrected. No complaints.

 

Patient C., 11 years. Progressive S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine. She was two years in a special boarding school for scoliosis patients, but have not achieved positive results. Complaints of pain in the left leg, retrosternal pain and fast fatiguability. Initial condition (left image). 6 months after treatment (right image). The spinal deformity is corrected. No complaints.

Patient K., 6 years. Displastic S-shaped scoliosis of 2nd degree (lumbalisation of S1, spina bifida L5). Signs of vegeto-vascular dystonia. Ovarian cyst was diagnosed, causing increased estrogen levels. Complaints of pain in the legs. Initial condition (left image). 4 months after treatment (right image). Spinal deformity is corrected. No complaints. Diagnostic sonography showed resorption of ovarian cyst, estrogen levels were within the age norm. No complaints.
